Tales of imagination and wonder for 11-15 year olds…

The Repository of Imagination has entranced sentient life-forms throughout the galaxy and through alternate worlds of magic and mystery for tens of thousands of years, thrilling and informing its users in equal measure.

Now the Repository is opening a branch on your world. As well as publishing books by human authors, from 6th March 2013 the Repository branch will operate A Tale for a Tale:  young authors can tell a tale for display on the website, and in return, we will provide a story sphere from our off-world archive.

Our first book is already available for sampling and for purchase. It is written by human author Colin R. Parsons from the country known as Wales. Colin’s book, Crank Tech One: Destruction, is a cautionary tale of what can happen if you meddle in affairs beyond your understanding. A young man discovers an abandoned robot. Before long, the robot is out of control, rampaging through Cardiff city center and leaving police officers in embarrassing positions. You can read more about Crank Tech One here and can sample the book for free by clicking this link.

Our second book, to be published 6th March 2013, is a selection of 32 tales from the Repository translated by human Gill Shutt. Here’s a sneak peek of the cover…

The Repository of Imagination has entranced sentient life-forms throughout the galaxy for tens of thousands of years, thrilling and informing its users in equal measure.

Now, for the first time, Earth dwellers can not only purchase story spheres [available for SensoDrama-5D and compatible immersion systems; prices start at 2,500 Galactic Currency Units] but the Repository has launched a story acquisition service on planet Earth. Humans can now swap A Tale for a Tale GTM using the Earth Internet. Send us your short tales of imagination – they could feature humans or aliens, wizards, superheroes, dragons, robots or whatever your imagination can produce so long as they are not set in dull, everyday life  – and we could publish them on our Earth-branch website… and… we will send you a tale back in return*.

*Tales supRepository Logo Concise02Twitterplied by The Repository under this offer are only available in primitive human eBook formats, such as Kindle, Nook, Kobo, or PDF. The Repository of Information and ‘A Tale for a Tale’ slogan are Galactic Trademarks, and protected by interstellar legislation. Other tales may be available to purchase in eBook and wood-pulp formats.
